The DISPATCH team is at the heart of Decathlon's supply chain, Working Directly with Sports, Retail, and Logistics.

Our responsibility is to ensure optimal stock distribution across all MEA CAR's in order to guarantee the best product availability for our customers.

Within this team, you will be a Zone Dispatch Planner, whose role is to ensure the best stock allocation between our CARs. You will define your game plan and adjust our replenishment and forecasting settings to allocate inventory as accurately as possible.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be the ZDP for a SPORT(s) ecosystem, with which you will work in close collaboration. Serving Retail and working closely with ZMPs and RDPs, you will guarantee the optimal allocation of OMNI stock across the MEA network.

Your role will be to:

• Define your dispatch strategy across the 3 phases of the season.

• Monitor availability and dispatch KPIs on a weekly basis and implement action plans.

• Ensure the correct replenishment settings to push the right inventory down to CARs.

• Adjust forecasts based on weather conditions and business trends.

• Represent the dispatch function for your sports S&OE and S&OP processes.

• Implement new approaches to stock allocation to support the transformation of this new supply chain job.
