MON ENVIRONNEMENT DE TRAVAIL
Basé.e au siège de Décathlon Afrique (Quartier Casablanca Finance City - Casablanca - Maroc), je travaille en mode "groupe projet" avec le responsable de l'offre, les équipes supply, et les équipes retail des pays de la zone Afrique et Moyen-Orient. Je suis amené à me déplacer régulièrement sur le terrain à l'international.

Responsible of the omnichannel customer path, I optimize the commercialization of my sport offer.
MY COMPETENCIES
- I always identify the customer needs of the Africa & Middle East area.
- I define the merchandising strategies of my sports.
- I build a relevant & profitable layout for the Decathlon stores of my zone.
- I accompany the countries of my zone in order to increase the profitable growth of my sport.
MY JOB ENVIRONMENT
Based at the Decathlon MEA zone headquarters (Casablanca Finance City - Casablanca - Maroc), I work in a project team mindset, with the offer leader, the supply team, and the countries retail teams of the MEA Zone. I often have some trip travel through the MEA zone.
Profil
MY JOB ENVIRONMENT
Passionate and regularly user of sport
Ideally previous experience of merchandiser, category merchandiser or visual merchandiser in a similar sector.
Very good skills in communcation, capability to work in team.
Concrete creativity
Analysis and projection skills
Fluent(in french and english (both written and spoken)
